We are just a few days away from the deadline for giving to the Hokie Scholarship Fund as well as purchasing season tickets for the upcoming 2020 football season. Some changes have been made to our payment plans and policies in light of the uncertainty in the coming months due to COVID-19.
Some new fan friendly updates on football season ticket purchasing:
- NEW: 10% Down Payment Plan starting in April, with charges being made at the beginning of June, July and August.
- Renew/Purchase and pay $350/ticket plus additional ticket order items (seatbacks, parking pass, etc) in full at time of order.
- Continue Payment Plan that previously began when orders opened up in December; making monthly payments on the $350/ticket price point in addition to other ticket order items.
We understand that many of you may be waiting for more certainty on the 2020 football season. Please note, in the event that games are cancelled, you will have refund options available for the ticket order you have placed.

Any tickets purchased after the April 30th deadline will not be eligible for the seat selection process. If you choose to wait to purchase your season tickets, you will be contacted by the ticket office in July to make your selection. Lane Stadium will not undergo another full reseat until prior to the 2023 season.
In the unfortunate event that the 2020 football season is not played, refund options will be provided to fans as it relates to per-seat gifts and ticket orders. As it currently stands, there will be three options available in terms of crediting fans who have made a commitment for 2020.
- Designate per-seat gifts and/or ticket payments as Hokie Club donations for 2020-21
- Defer per-seat gifts and/or ticket payments to the next football season
- Receive a refund on the credit card or the bank account used to make the purchase for the per-seat contribution and the cost of the ticket.
