GREENSBORO, N.C. – Following the league's final slate of games Saturday, the 2020 New York Life ACC Tournament has been set, with the Virginia Tech men's basketball team being the No. 11 seed.
The five-day tournament in Greensboro, North Carolina begins on Tuesday at Greensboro Coliseum. The Hokies (16-15, 7-13 ACC) will take on 14th-seeded North Carolina (13-18, 6-14) at 7 p.m. ET on ACC Network.
The two faced off earlier this year in Cassell Coliseum, a double-overtime thriller with Tech prevailing 79-77 on Jan. 22.
Tuesday will be the first time the Hokies have ever been an 11 seed in the ACC tourney. Tech is 3-6 in Greensboro for the league's tournament.
The 67th annual ACC Tournament will have all of its games nationally televised on ESPN, ESPN2 or ACC Network. In addition, all 13 games will be available to view on your phone or tablet on ACC Network Extra.
