BLACKSBURG — Virginia Tech women's tennis head coach Terry-Ann Zawacki has announced the 2020 spring schedule.
The Hokies open up play at Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center with a doubleheader on Sunday, Jan. 26, facing Appalachian State and East Tennessee. Tech will remain at home the following weekend to host JMU and Winthrop.
Tech's ACC competition will begin on Friday, Feb. 14, against Clemson when the Tigers come to Blacksburg. The ACC schedule for February includes road matchups at Miami, Notre Dame, Duke and defending conference champion UNC.
Virginia Tech will return home to host N.C. State and Georgia Tech early in March.The Hokies will host another non-conference doubleheader with VCU and Montreat on March 19. Tech will take to the road for the next four matches to close out the month.
Tech's season will wrap up with a three match home stand, beginning on April 5 against Syracuse. The Hokies will host Boston College on April 10 before closing out the season with a tilt on Senior Day against Commonwealth rival Virginia on April 12.
