Make sure you get ACC Network to watch the Hokies this fall

BLACKSBURG – Get your ACC Network!

For teenagers in the 1980s, the battle cry was "I want my MTV!" For fans of ACC sports, getting ACC Network will be your key to watching live game broadcasts, as well as other exclusive programming. Visit getaccn.com today for more details and determine if your provider is offering ACC Network.

On Wednesday, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced that Tech's football season opener at Boston College on Saturday, Aug. 31 with air as part of the ACC Network's initial slate of televised contests. The Hokies' home game vs. Furman on Saturday, Sept. 14 will also air on ACC Network.

Several major cable providers such Comcast, DISH Network and Spectrum have yet to agree to carry ACC Network. Virginia Tech fans who subscribe to any of those three providers won't be able to watch the Hokies play at Boston College or Furman – whether on television or streaming through connected devices – unless those providers get on board.

Virginia Tech and its fellow ACC schools are pushing to have ACC Network carried in as many homes as possible. By calling your cable providers and demanding that they carry the ACC Network, Virginia Tech fans can make their voices heard and help ensure that they won't miss any Tech games this season.
