Hokie ClubBLACKSBURG - At Tuesday night's Virginia Tech-Liberty baseball game at English Field at Union Park, the program welcomed more than 400 Corps of Cadets to the facility as part of Military Appreciation Day.
A few of the special events that took place before and during the game included:
- A Scholarship Recognition on field pregame with 24 members of the Corps along with their commander
- A ceremonial first pitch
- The color guard on the field for the national anthem
- The Highty Tighties playing the national anthem and during inning breaks
