Hokie ClubBLACKSBURG- The Virginia Tech women's tennis team will venture to Charlottesville, Virginia., this weekend to take part in the UVA Fab Five tournament.
The Hokies will take the courts on Friday, Oct. 11 at 9 a.m. for doubles action before transitioning to singles at 12 p.m. On Saturday, Oct. 12, Tech will also play at 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., then wrap up competition on Sunday, Oct. 13, at 9 a.m.
Freshmen Audrey Butterworth and Lily Hackbirth are set to compete, along with sophomore Annie Clark, juniors Nika Kozar and Nina Sorkin, and senior Shene Disbergen. All of the players will look to build off their successful outings at the Hokie Fall Invite last weekend.
Student-athletes from Virginia, Maryland, ODU, and William & Mary are set to join the Hokies.
