Kyle Fuller, Bears kick off NFL’s 100th Season on Thursday

Green Bay at Chicago – 8:20 p.m. ET
CB Kyle Fuller and the Chicago Bears kickoff the 100th Anniversary of the NFL with a Thursday Night matchup with the Green Bay Packers on NBC. Fuller will look to build on his Pro Bowl season in 2018 as the Bears defend their NFC North title. T Yosuah Nijman is a member of the Packers practice squad.
 
Sunday, September 8
 
L.A. Rams at Carolina – 1:00 p.m. ET
K Joey Slye and the Carolina Panthers host the L.A. Rams. Slye is the Hokies all-time leader scorer and spent the 2018 living in his parents' basement waiting for an NFL call to come. After being signed as a camp leg to get through the preseason to help incumbent K Graham Gano rest an injured plant leg, Slye earned a spot on the 53-man roster after making seven of eight FGs in the preseason, including a 55-yarder and a 59-yarder.

Washington at Philadelphia – 1:00 p.m. ET
CB Greg Stroman, DT Tim Settle and the Washington Redskins face NFC East fival Philadelphia Eagles. Both Stroman and Settle head into their second season with Washington and will attempt to carve out roles for themselves throughout the season. CB Adonis Alexander is a member of Washington's practice squad.

Buffalo at N.Y. Jets – 1:00 p.m. ET
LB Tremaine Edmunds and the Buffalo Bills take on the N.Y. Jets. Edmunds enters year two after tallyng 121 tackles, five tackles for loss, two sacks, 12 passes defended, two interceptions and two forced fumbles in his rookie season. The youngest player in NFL history to ever record an interception, Edmunds is primed for a big sophomore campaign in Buffalo.
 
Baltimore at Miami – 1:00 p.m. ET
S Chuck Clark and the Baltimore Ravens travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins. Clark heads into his third NFL season. A steady special teams performer, Clark is also an integral reserve on a talented and deep Baltimore secondary.
 
Tennessee at Cleveland – 1:00 p.m. ET
G Wyatt Teller was traded to Cleveland from Buffalo just prior to last Thursday's preseason finale. Teller told members of the media he was in the hot tub in the Bills' facility when he learned of the transaction. He'll wear No. 77 for the Browns, who open the season at home vs. Tennessee.

Kansas City at Jacksonville – 1:00 p.m. ET
CB Kendall Fuller and the Kansas City Chiefs will face the Jacksonville Jaguars as long as Hurricane Dorian continues moving up the East Coast. Fuller looks to be a key factor on defense for a team that made it to last year's AFC Championship Game. With a new defensive coordinator in Steve Spagnuolo and the off-season addition of former Seahawks DE Frank Clark, could this be the year Kansas City overtakes New England for supremacy in the AFC?
 
Indianapolis at L.A. Chargers – 4:05 p.m. ET
QB Tyrod Taylor, CB Brandon Facyson and the L.A. Chargers host the Indianapolis Colts. After making the Chargers' 53-man roster as a rookie free agent in 2018, Facyson is back for his second season with the Chargers. Taylor signed with the Chargers in the off-season and will back up QB Philip Rivers.

Cincinnati at Seattle – 4:05 p.m. ET
T Duane Brown and the Seattle Seahawks host the Cincinnati Bengals. A first-round pick of Houston in the 2008 NFL Draft, Brown is the longest-tenured active Tech player in the NFL.
 
San Francisco at Tampa Bay– 4:25 p.m. ET
S Antone Exum., Jr. and the San Francisco 49ers face head coach Bruce Arians and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This will be Arians first regular season at the helm of a team since his Arizona Cardinals defeated the L.A. Rams 44-6 in the final game of the 2017 season.

Pittsburgh at Patriots – 4:30 p.m. ET
Terrell Edmunds and the Pittsburgh Steelers travel to Foxborough to face the defending Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots. He started games as a rookie for Pittsburgh, playing 92.5 percent of the defensive snaps in 2018, second-most on the defense. He tied for third on the team with 73 tackles (52 solo) and added 1.0 sack, one interception, four passes defensed and three QB hits. His older brother RB Trey Edmunds is a member of the Pittsburgh's practice squad.
