NFL Hokies enter Week 2 of the regular season

Thursday, September 12
 
Tampa Bay at Carolina – 8:20 p.m. ET – NFL Network
Head coach Bruce Arians and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers face NFC South rival K Joey Slye and the Carolina Panthers. While he's a household name for Hokies, Slye will make his introduction to a national audience on NFL Network. Tech's all-time leading scorer (403) made field goals of 46 and 52 yards in his regular season debut vs. the L.A. Rams last week and nailed all three of his PATs.

Sunday, September 15
 
San Francisco at Cincinnati – 1:00 p.m. ET
S Antone Exum., Jr. and the San Francisco 49ers travel to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals. Exum., Jr. had one tackle in the 49ers 31-17 win against the Buccaneers.
 
L.A. Chargers at Detroit – 1:00 p.m. ET
QB Tyrod Taylor, CB Brandon Facyson and the L.A. Chargers travel to Detroit to battle the TE Logan Thomas and the Lions. In the Chargers' 30-24 win last week against the Colts, Facyson had a career-high nine tackles, while Taylor was targeted as a receiver one time on a trick play. Thomas saw seven snaps at TE in the Lions' 27-27 tie against the Cardinals

Buffalo at N.Y. Giants – 1:00 p.m. ET
LB Tremaine Edmunds and the Buffalo Bills take on the N.Y. Giants. Edmunds kicked off his sophomore season with eight tackles in the Bills 17-16 comeback win against the Jets. Prior to Sunday's game, Edmunds was named as a captain for the 2019 season.

Seattle at Pittsburgh – 1:00 p.m. ET
Terrell Edmunds and the Pittsburgh Steelers host T Duane Brown and the Seattle Seahawks. Edmunds had six tackles and one pass defended in the Steeler's 33-3 loss to the Patriots. Brown, the longest-tenured active Tech player in the NFL, played all 53 snaps at left tackle in the Seahawks 21-20 win against the Bengals. RB Trey Edmunds is a member of the Pittsburgh's practice squad.
 
Dallas at Washington – 1:00 p.m. ET
DT Tim Settle and the Washington Redskins face NFC East rival Dallas Cowboys. Settle had one tackle in 36 snaps at defensive tackle in Washington's 32-27 loss against the Eagles. CB Adonis Alexander is a member of Washington's practice squad.
 
Arizona at Baltimore – 1:00 p.m. ET
S Chuck Clark and the Baltimore Ravens host the Arizona Cardinals. The Ravens are coming off a dominating 59-10 Week 1 performance against the Dolphins. Clark tallied three tackles and one pass defended in 16 snaps at safety.
 
Kansas City at Oakland – 4:05 p.m. ET
CB Kendall Fuller and the Kansas City Chiefs will face AFC West rival Oakland Raiders. The Raiders are coming off a 24-16 win against the Broncos, while the Chiefs defeated the Jaguars 40-26. Fuller tallied seven tackles including one tackle for loss on the day.
 
Chicago at Denver – 4:25 p.m. ET
CB Kyle Fuller and the Chicago Bears will see a tough test as they will see former defensive coordinator and new head coach Vic Fangio and the Denver Broncos. The Bears are coming off a 10-3 loss to the Packers. Fuller finished the day with six tackles and two passes defensed.
 
Monday, September 16
 
Cleveland at N.Y. Jets – 8:15 p.m. ET
G Wyatt Teller and the Cleveland Browns will battle the N. Y. Jets on Monday Night Football. Teller was not active for Browns' 43-13 loss to the Titans after being traded from Buffalo at the conclusion of the preseason.
