IRVING, Texas – Bill Hancock, Executive Director of the College Football Playoff (CFP), announced today that Danielle Bartelstein has been named Director of Team Operations.
"Danielle has worked with several respected football programs across the country, and we are delighted to welcome her to the CFP staff," Hancock said. "Nothing we do is more important than creating a positive experience for student-athletes. Danielle's experience, knowledge and attention to detail will be a great addition."
Before joining the CFP, Bartelstein held the position of Senior Director of Football Operations at Virginia Tech after joining the Hokies in 2016. She began her career as an assistant director of football operations and recruiting at TCU. Following her time at TCU, Bartelstein served as director of football relations at Texas Tech. She also taught school in the San Jose, Calif., area, and helped administer summer programs at Stanford.
Bartelstein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the University of Illinois.
