Elizabeth Bose and Jessica Spicer repeat on All-American Scholar team

Elizabeth Bose and Jessica Spicer have been named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association's (WGCA) 2019 All-American Scholar team.  This is the third consecutive season that the duo has been honored.
 
Bose, a 2019 graduate from Norfolk, Virginia, was named to the 2018 and 2019 Google Cloud CoSIDA Academic All-District 3 Women's At-Large team. A clinical neuroscience and biochemistry double major graduate from Virginia Tech, Bose was awarded the 2017 Skelton Award for Academic Excellence in Athletics, the top academic honor awarded by the Virginia Tech athletics department. She completed her Hokie career playing in every team event in school history and is second in career scoring average at Virginia Tech.
 
Spicer is a junior from Bahama, North Carolina majoring in cognitive and behavioral neuroscience and psychology, with a minor in entrepreneurship - New Venture Growth. She was third on the team in scoring this season and fourth in career scoring.
 
To qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50. Bose and Spicer are two of 1,097 student-athletes honored across all levels of collegiate women's golf. The duo are two of 26 ACC golfers on the list.
