Hokies to compete in Bryan National Intercollegiate

BLACKSBURG - The Virginia Tech women's golf team returns to action this weekend at the Bryan National Intercollegiate, hosted by Wake Forest. The three-day tournament will be played at the Champion's Course at Bryan Park in Browns Summit, North Carolina beginning on Friday.

BRYAN NATIONAL INTERCOLLEGIATE
The 17-team field (plus individuals from Duke) will play the par 72, 6,3-05-yard Champion's Course at Bryan Park. The Hokies are one of five ACC teams in the tournament, along with NC State, North Carolina, Virginia and host Wake Forest. Six of the 17 teams are ranked in the top 50 in the current Golfstat.com rankings, led by No. 12 Wake Forest and No. 15 Virginia. The Hokies are ranked 50th. 
 
Play will consist of three days of 18 holes of competition per day, beginning on Friday, March 29. There will be a practice round on Thursday, March 28.
