Coach Lopez Miro on the Weekend:
"I think the invitational was a good meet for us. These final meets are always hard, when you are trying to decide the final five or so spots with 36 kids for the conference championship meet. I'm proud of the kids and the way they came out every session and I am very happy with how we performed this weekend. I also think our team was very good on the pool deck, cheering and supporting each other and I believe that helps a lot.  The kids who were rested swam well and we got better every day, plus, we saw some things from the ACC squad members; they came out, swam very well and had some good times. I'm excited about what's going to happen the next two weeks as we prepare for the ACC Championships at the end of the month."
