BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech women's basketball team is set to face Longwood in the final game of the year on Saturday, Dec. 29 with a 2 p.m. tipoff from Carilion Clinic Court at Cassell Coliseum.
The Hokies will go for their 50thstraight home victory over a nonconference opponent, a streak that began in 2014 with a win over Longwood in the programs' most recent meeting.
Tech is one of nine remaining unbeaten programs in Division 1 and have the joint-longest winning streak in the nation.
