Women's golf to compete in Golfweek Conference Challenge

BLACKSBURG - The Virginia Tech women's golf team travels to Colorado to compete in the Golfweek Conference Challenge. The three-day tournament, beginning Monday, will be played at the Red Sky Golf Club in Wolcott, Colorado, in the Vail area.

GOLFWEEK CONFERENCE CHALLENGE
This is the 10th season for the Golfweek Conference Challenge and the ninth year at the par 72, 6,216-yard Red Sky Golf Club Fazio Course. The event features a team from 18 different conferences. The Hokies are the ACC representative this year and the the field features seven teams that played in last season's NCAA regionals, highlighted by UCLA, ranked No. 1 in the WGCA preseason poll.

The five players competing for the Hokies are:
