BLACKSBURG - The Virginia Tech lacrosse team will play host to Old Dominion on Saturday in the Indoor Practice Facility with first draw set for 3 p.m.
The Hokies will look to rebound after consecutive losses to top 10 opposition; falling to No. 8 USC in the season opener and Wednesday afternoon against No. 8 JMU.
On Wednesday, senior Tristan McGinley led the Hokies in the scoring column, recording four goals, while Marissa Davey added a hat trick.
Freshman Paige Petty had another solid performance, where she had a goal, four ground balls, five draw controls and caused two turnovers in midfield.

Kristen Kohles recorded two caused turnovers and had three ground balls in defense against the Dukes.
The ODU won its season opener 11-9 over VCU. Sophomore Brooke Stein scored three goals and provided two assists for the Monarchs. Goalkeeper Lauren Ey made 11 saves to earn the win.
THE SERIES: The Hokies and Monarchs have played 11 times since 1996, with Tech having the edge 8-3 in the series history.
Last season the Hokies defeated ODU 19-6 in Blacksburg. McGinley, Zan Biedenharn and Kristine Localzo all scored hat tricks on the afternoon as Tech notched its eighth win in nine tries in the series.
NEXT UP: The Hokies will take on Campbell on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. from the Indoor Practice Facility.
Virginia Tech and Campbell will matchup for just the second time, following last season's game in Buies Creek, North Carolina. Tech rolled the Camels 19-5.
