Hokie fans can vote for Wagner for PGA Tour Player of the Month

Former Virginia Tech golfer Johnson Wagner is one of fourplayers nominated for the PGA Tour Player of the Month, presented by Avis, forthe month of January.

Wagner won the Sony Open on Jan. 15, marking his third careerPGA Tour victory. Also, he finished tied for ninth at the season-openingHyundai Tournament of Champions and he tied for second at the Humana Challengeon Jan. 22.

Wagner is nominated this month along with Steve Stricker,Mark Wilson and Brandt Snedeker.
