ESPN's first three televised 3-D games this fall will feature ACC teams, beginning with Virginia Tech hosting Boise State on Labor Day at FedEx Field in Landover, Md.
The game between the nationally ranked Hokies and Broncos (8 p.m. ET) is the first of three straight ESPN ACC games that will be televised with 3-D technology. The second will be Miami at Ohio State on Sept. 11 (3:40 p.m. ET), followed by Clemson at Auburn on Sept. 18 (7 p.m. ET).
A total of four ACC games will be televised in 3-D, including the championship game, which will be held at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium on Dec. 4 (7:45 p.m. ET).
