BLACKSBURG - Virginia Tech sophomore cornerback Jayron Hosley was named a second-team All-American this afternoon by the Associated Press. It marks the second All-America squad the Delray Beach, Fla., native has made this year as he was a first-team selection by Walter Camp.
Hosley did not make the FWAA or AFCA squads. The last nationally recognized squad to be announced is Sporting News' All-America team.
Hosley leads the nation in interceptions per game and is tied for the national lead with eight interceptions.
