Women's Basketball broadcast moves to Mix 100.7 FM for the next two games

The radio broadcast for the Virginia Tech vs. VCU women's basketball game this Sunday, Nov. 21, will be changing frequencies. Fans can catch the Hokies on Mix 100.7 FM with coverage starting at 1:45 p.m. The change was necessitated due to SuperSports 101.7, the home of Tech women's basketball, commitment to carry the Washington Redskins.

Tech's first game in the Carribean Classic in Cancun, Mexico on Thanksgiving Day at 5 p.m. will also be carried on Mix 100.7 FM with coverage beginning at 4:45 p.m. The change was necessitated due to SuperSports 101.7 committment to carry an NFL Thanksgiving Day game. The second game of the Carribean Classic on Fri., Nov. 26, also at 5 p.m. against Iowa will return to SuperSports 101.7.
