Hokie ClubBLACKSBURG – Sunday’s “Rumble on the River” wrestling action between No. 15 Virginia Tech and Duke University (Deep Run HS; Glen Allen, Va.) has been cancelled due to the impending snow storm predicted for the region. The match will now be wrestled on Friday, Feb. 12 at Duke at a time to be determined.
The Hokies are already scheduled to wrestle at NC State on Saturday, Feb. 13 at 1 o’clock, thus the reason for the match now being moved to Durham.
Tech’s match against No. 7 Central Michigan slated for tonight, as well as the high school match before, is still on as scheduled.
