Hokie ClubThe Virginia Tech Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams, unbeaten in ACC play to date this season, return to action as they host two nationally-ranked opponents at Thompson Field this weekend.
On Friday at 7pm, the Men’s Soccer team battles the 3rd-ranked Wake Forest Demon Deacons at 7pm. It’s OPERATION 3K: Code Orange! As we attempt to set a new VT soccer attendance record of 3,000 fans. All fans are encouraged to wear Orange and arrive early as the first 500 adults will receive a Hokie Soccer Shield Car Magnet. In addition, the first 500 kids will receive a Team Photo card. There will be a post-match autograph session with members of the team. The HokieBird will also be on hand and the High Techs will perform at halftime! Admission is FREE, so come be a part of making history!
Sunday, the Women’s Soccer team hosts the defending national champion and #1-ranked North Carolina Tarheels in a rematch of last year’s ACC Championship Match at 5pm. It’s our annual Breast Cancer Awareness match as the first 200 fans will receive a special VT Soccer Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirt. Admission is FREE!
