Walker named to All-Tournament Team

Senior Beth Walker (Galax, Va.) of the Hokie softball team was named to the 2009 ACC All-Tournament Team, as announced by the conference following the conclusion of the event. Walker went 5-for-6 with five RBI. She picked up two hits and an RBI in the win over Maryland in the first round and then hit a grand slam, along with a single and a double, in the loss to eventual champion Georgia Tech.
