Hokie ClubThree Virginia Tech student-athlete alumni - Abraham Billy Hardee ('03, football and baseball), Spencer Harris ('03, baseball), and Jill Turner ('03, swimming) - are featured in a newly-released book, "The College Athlete's Guide to Academic Success: Tips from Peers and Profs."
The book is published by Pearson Prentice Hall with a foreword by NCAA President Myles Brand, and it offers insights from 35 scholar athletes who have graduated from 16 universities nationwide, along with time-tested advice from two college faculty members with decades of experience teaching and mentoring student-athletes.
