NIL Go Background
NIL Go is the NCAA’s centralized disclosure and monitoring system for all name, image, and likeness (NIL) agreements. Developed in partnership with Deloitte, NIL Go serves as the official national database where every Division I student-athlete must disclose NIL activities. The system is designed to promote transparency, ensure compliance with NCAA legislation, and provide regulators with a mechanism to confirm that NIL agreements have a valid business purpose and reflect fair-market value. Institutions are required to review all submitted disclosures, but ultimate responsibility for timely and accurate reporting rests with the student-athlete. NIL Go is also the primary platform used by the College Sports Commission (CSC) for oversight and enforcement related to NIL activities.
