NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Tech falls to No. 63 Fighting Irish Sunday afternoon in Indiana.
Tech dropped the doubles point to open the match on Courts No. 1 and 3.
Looking for success in singles, Ilyas Fahim and Patrik Jurina made strong starts with first-set wins. Maxime St. Hilaire began to rally, winning his second set to bring it to the third when the match was clinched. Ultimately, Notre Dame won on Courts No. 6, 5, and 3 to win the match 4-0.
The Hokies head back home next weekend as they host senior week. The weekend kicks off against Clemson at 2:30 p.m. and closes with their final home match of the season on Sunday against Georgia Tech at noon.
