GREENSBORO, N.C. – The ACC announced that Virginia Tech football will play at North Carolina at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 1 at Kenan Memorial Stadium on ACC Network.
The matchup will be the 45th meeting between the two schools, with the Hokies holding a 25-13-6 advantage in the all-time series. The last time the two teams played was on Sept. 3, 2021, and Tech notched a 17-10 victory, upsetting the Tar Heels when they were ranked No. 10 at the time.
