BLACKSBURG – For the first time since 2013, Virginia Tech baseball has been ranked in four polls around the NCAA.

The Hokies finished third in the ACC Coastal division with a 15-14 record and played in the NCAA Blacksburg Regional.
The 2021 Hokies also landed at No. 22 in the USA Today Coaches' Poll and No. 27 on the Collegiate Baseball poll.
Tech finished its first ACC series with a 2-1 record against Miami (Fla.) (3-3, 1-2), marking its first series win in the sunshine state. The Hokies had four home runs and 22 hits in the series.
The Hokies will play host to UNC starting on Friday at 4 p.m. ET. The Tar Heels are currently ranked No. 25 on the D1 Baseball polls and are coming off a 2-1 series win versus then-No. 2 Virginia (4-3, 1-2) this past weekend.
