Multiple Hokies seek to secure berth in NFL Playoffs

Washington at Philadelphia – 8:20 p.m. ET
TE Logan Thomas, CB Kendall Fuller, DT Tim Settle and the Washington Football Team (6-9) take on NFC East rival Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football. Washington simply needs to win in order to secure the division title and the No. 4 seed in the NFC. In last week's loss to the Panthers, Thomas hauled in seven catches for 63 yards, Fuller tallied six tackles and one pass defense and Settle registered one tackle.
 
Thomas ranks second on the squad with 69 receptions for 633 yards with five TDs. Fuller has four interceptions on the season and is tied for fifth in the NFL, while Settle ranks third on the squad with 5.0 sacks. CB Greg Stroman is on injured reserve for Washington.

Seattle at San Francisco – 4:25 p.m. ET
T Duane Brown and the Seattle Seahawks (11-4) face NFC West rival San Francisco 49ers (6-9). The Seahawks own the No. 3 seed in the NFC and with a win against the 49ers could earn the No. 1 seed and a first-round bye in the NFC Playoffs.

Brown played all 63 snaps in the Seahawks' win against the Rams. The 49ers enter the contest coming off a win against the Cardinals.

Miami at Buffalo – 1:00 p.m. ET
LB Tremaine Edmunds and the Buffalo Bills (12-3) face WR Isaiah Ford and the Miami Dolphins (10-5). Buffalo has already clinched the AFC East title would be the No. 2 seed in the AFC if the playoffs began today. Edmunds produced five tackles in the Bills' 38-9 win vs. New England. The two-time Pro Bowl selection has 110 tackles (72 solo), three passes defensed and 1.0 sack.
 
Ford hauled in four receptions for 37 yards in the Dolphins 26-25 win over the Raiders. The Dolphins could punch their playoff ticket with a win.

Baltimore at Cincinnati – 1:00 p.m. ET
S Chuck Clark and the Baltimore Ravens (10-5) face AFC North rival Cincinnati Bengals (4-10-1). The Ravens are coming off a 27-13 victory against the Giants. The Ravens can secure an AFC Wild Card berth with a win. On the season Clark owns 92 tackles (54 solo), two passes defensed and has also posted 1.5 sacks this season. The fourth-year pro also registered a 65-yard fumble return TD at Indianapolis (11/8). The Bengals are coming off a 37-31 loss to the Texans.

Pittsburgh at Browns – 1:00 p.m. ET
G Wyatt Teller and the Cleveland Browns (10-5) will play host to S Terrell Edmunds and the Pittsburgh Steelers (12-3). The Steelers have already secured the NFC North title, while a Cleveland win would send the Browns back to the playoffs. Edmunds recorded four tackles in the team's 28-24 win against the Colts and ranks second on the squad with 69 tackles (47 solo). He has also registered eight passes defensed and two interceptions and one sack. RB Trey Edmunds is on injured reserve for the Steelers. Teller was inactive for the Browns' 23-16 loss to the Jets.

N.Y. Jets at New England – 1:00 p.m. ET
TE Dalton Keene and the New England Patriots (6-9) will host AFC East rival New York Jets (2-13. The Patriots are coming off a loss to the Bills, while the Jets enter the contest on a two-game winning streak after defeating the Browns. Keene played in three snaps in last week's contest.
 
Atlanta at Tampa Bay – 1:00 p.m. ET
Head Coach Bruce Arians and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10-5) host NFC South rival Atlanta Falcons (4-11). The Buccaneers are coming off a 47-7 margin of victory against the Lions while the Falcons dropped a 17-14 contest against the Chiefs. Arians and the Buccaneers have already secured an NFC Wild Card spot.

Chicago at Green Bay– 4:25 p.m. ET
CB Kyle Fuller and the Chicago Bears (8-7) host T Yosh Nijman and the Green Bay Packers (12-3) host. Nijman saw three snaps in the Packers' 40-14 win against the Titans. The Packers have already secured the NFC North title and can earn a first-round bye with a win. The Bears are coming off a three-game winning streak after besting the Jaguars by a score of 41-17. On the season, Fuller has totaled 60 tackles eight passes defended and one interception. The Bears can earn an NFC Wild Card berth with a victory.

L.A. Chargers at Kansas City – 4:25 p.m. ET
CB Brandon Facyson and the Los Angeles Chargers (6-9) face AFC West rival Kansas City Chiefs (14-1). The Chiefs are coming off a 17-14 win against the Falcons, while the Chargers are coming off a 19-16 margin of victory against the Raiders. Facyson recorded two tackles in the victory. QB Tyrod Taylor has not played since puncturing his lung in Week 2. Kansas City has already clinched the AFC West title and a first-round bye.
 
New Orleans at Carolina – 4:25 p.m. ET
K Joey Slye and Carolina Panthers (5-10) host NFC South rival New Orleans Saints (12-3). Slye made both his extra point attempt in the Panthers 20-13 win against Washington. Tech's all-time leading scorer owns 29 made FGs. He also ranks 11th in the league in scoring with 119 points.
