Several Hokies playing at a Pro Bowl level entering December


Beginning on Thursday, Nov. 29 fans can begin voting for Virginia Tech alums for the 2019 Pro Bowl that will be played January 27, 2019 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla.
 
To vote for your favorite Hokies on Twitter, use the hashtag #ProBowlVote and also include either the player's official Twitter handle or hashtag their first name and last name. EG - #KyleFuller

Sunday, December 2
 
Buffalo at Miami – 1:00 pm ET
LB Tremaine Edmunds, G Wyatt Teller, TE Logan Thomas and the Buffalo Bills face AFC East rival Miami Dolphins. The Bills (4-7) have registered back-to-back wins and are coming off a 24-21 win vs. Jacksonville, while the Dolphins are 5-6 after losing to the Colts. In the win, Edmunds had eight tackles and one quarterback hurry, while Teller got his second consecutive start and Thomas saw 30 snaps at TE, but did not record any stats on the day
 
On the season, Edmunds has tallied 77 tackles, 1.0 sack, two forced fumbles and seven passes defended. WR Isaiah Ford was upgraded to the Dolphins' active roster today.

Chicago at N.Y. Giants – 1:00 pm ET
CB Kyle Fuller and the Chicago Bears travel to New York to face the Giants. The Bears lead the NFC North at 8-3 after defeating the Lions 23-16 on Thanksgiving Day. The Giants are 3-8 after falling to the Eagles 25-22.
 
Fuller had eight tackles and two passes defended and the game-sealing interception against the Lions. On the season, A bonafide Pro Bowl candidate, Fuller has tallied 42 tackles, 15 passes defended and is tied for second in the league with five interceptions. Chicago boasts one the NFL's top defensive units, ranking second in scoring defense (19.2 ppg) and fourth in total defense (316.1 ypg).  

Baltimore at Falcons – 1:00 pm ET
S Chuck Clark and the Baltimore Ravens travel to Atlanta to face the Falcons. The Ravens are 6-5 after defeating the Raiders 34-17, while the Falcons are 4-7 after coming off a loss to the Saints. Clark saw 47 snaps at free safety and recorded four tackles in the victory.
 
San Francisco at Seattle – 1:00 pm ET
S Antone Exum, Jr. and the San Francisco 49ers face NFC West rival T Duane Brown and the Seattle Seahawks. Brown might be enjoying another Pro Bowl caliber campaign for the Seahawks, who improved to 6-5 after a 30-27 win at Carolina. The 49ers are 2-9 after losing to the Buccaneers 27-9. Exum had four tackles and one quarterback hurry in the contest and has tallied 25 tackles, one sack, four passes defended, one forced fumble and an INT return TD. Former Hokie Nick Sorensen serves as the secondary coach for Seattle.
 
Browns at Houston – 1:00 pm ET
QB Tyrod Taylor and the Cleveland Browns take on the Houston Texans. The Browns are 4-6-1 after defeating the Bengals, while the Texans are on an eight-game winning streak after a victory against Tennessee.
 
Kansas City at Oakland – 4:05 pm ET
CB Kendall Fuller and the Kansas City Chiefs face AFC West rival Oakland Raiders. The chiefs are 9-2 after their bye week, while the raiders are 2-9 after losing to the Ravens. On the season, Fuller has totaled 53 tackles seven passes defended, one tackle for loss and one interception.
 
Chargers at Pittsburgh – 8:20 pm ET
S Terrell Edmunds and the Pittsburgh Steelers host CB Brandon Facyson and the L.A. Chargers. The Steelers are 7-3-1 after losing to the Broncos 24-17, while the Chargers are 8-3 after defeating the Cardinals 45-10.
 
Edmunds had a team-high nine tackles. On the season he has tallied 47 tackles, one interception and one fumble recovery in his rookie season. Facyson saw several snaps at cornerback, but recorded no stats on the day/ TE Bucky Hodges and RB Trey Edmunds are members of the Steelers practice squad.
 
Monday, December 3
 
Washington at Eagles – 8:15 pm ET
CB Greg Stroman, DT Tim Settle, CB Adonis Alexander and the Washington Redskins travel to Philadelphia to take on NFC East rival Eagles on Monday Night Football. The Redskins are 6-5 after falling to the Cowboys 31-23, while the Eagles are 5-6 after defeating the Giants.
 
Settle had three tackles, including one tackle for loss, while Stroman saw several snaps on defense, but did not recorded stats on the day. Alexander was inactive on the day. Former Hokie Torrian Gray serves as the Redskins' secondary coach.
