Friday marks the 100th meeting between Virginia Tech and Virginia as the Hokies look to retain the Commonwealth Cup and extend their win streak to 15 versus the 'Hoos. The Hokies will recognize its seniors prior to the game.
Men's Basketball

The Hokies return to Cassell after securing three games en route to winning the Charleston Classic last weekend. Tech is undefeated on the early season at 4-0 and most recently knocked off No. 23/22 Purdue. Nickeil Alexander-Walker was named the tournament MVP after scoring 20+ points in each of the three games. Justin Robinson was named All-Tournament.
Men's Soccer

Virginia Tech is set to take on local foe JMU in the Sweet 16 round of the 2018 NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament. The Hokies earned a first round bye as a national seed before defeating Charlotte in the second-round last weekend off a goal from Kristo Strickler. Tech owns an 11-6-3 record on the season.

UCF Thanksgiving Classic
Orlando, Fla.
The Hokies enter the UCF Thanksgiving Classic with a 5-0 record to start the 2018-19 campaign. Tech is coming off a decisive 74-59 win over Chattanooga the last time out. Taylor Emery dropped in 21 points to lead the Hokies over the Mocs.
