BLACKSBURG – The Virginia Tech men's tennis team is set to open the 2018 ITA All-American Championships on Monday with the qualifying rounds in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

THE HOKIES 
Competing for the Hokies are No. 101 Alex Ribeiro, No. 117 Jason Kros, Henrik Korsgaard and Carlo Donato who will be on the court in the qualifying singles beginning Monday. Tech's 12th-ranked Mitch Harper will join the team for the main draw beginning Oct. 4.

Korsgaard, Kros, Donato and Ribeiro just came off a weekend competing at the ITA Milwaukee Tennis Classic where Korsgaard advanced to the final round, finishing second in the national event. Harper was on the court at the ITA Masters Championships where he reached the semifinals, knocking off the top-seeded player en route to the final four. He fell in a three-set battle to Laurens Verboven of Southern Cal. 
 
Korsgaard and Ribeiro, ranked 12th, will also pair up for the main draw doubles. Joining the pair in main draw will be No. 16 Harper and Donato.
