Virginia Tech Sports Today, the weekly television magazine-style program featuring head football coach Frank Beamer, makes its debut Sunday morning, August 24th on television stations throughout the region.
On this week's show, Tech coach Frank Beamer will join host Bill Roth to discuss this year's team and preview the Hokies' season opener against East Carolina.
The University Bookstore - On campus, and the Volume II Bookstore - Off campus are the presenting sponsors of the program once again this season.

Comcast SportsNet is the official regional sports network of the Virginia Tech Hokies. Virginia Tech Sports Today will air every Sunday at 1 p.m. on Comcast SportsNet. On Sunday afternoons at 1:30 p.m. Comcast SportsNet will show "Hokie PlayBack," a rebroadcast of that week's Virginia Tech football game.
In addition, Virginia Tech Sports Today can be seen on-line through Hokies All-Access each week. The shows will also be archived on a weekly basis throughout the 2008 season.
