Taylor Soule, Chicago Sky begin WNBA playoff run Wednesday

WNBA rookie Taylor Soule and the Chicago Sky begin their playoff run Wednesday evening squaring off against the defending league champs and top seed Las Vegas Aces.

Game 1 of the series tips off at 10 p.m. ET and can be viewed on ESPN.

Game 2 is slated for Sunday, Sept. 17 at 3 p.m. ET. That matchup will also take place in Vegas.

If necessary, Game 3 will be on Wednesday, Sept. 20 in Chicago.

Soule and the Sky earned the eight seed in the league after finishing the season 18-22. Heading into the playoffs, the Sky have won three straight including defeating playoff participants Connecticut and Minnesota.

After initially being drafted by the Lynx, Soule signed with the Sky and has played in 15 contests in the regular season, averaging 3.5 minutes. She played a season-high 15 minutes in a June 11 loss to the Aces in the Commissioner's Cup. In the next game on June 18, she scored five points, the most in her young career.
