BLACKSBURG — Keve Aluma, Virginia Tech's leading scorer from last season, is set for Thursday night's 2022 NBA Draft at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

An All-ACC second team pick as a fifth-year senior, Aluma averaged 15.8 points per game to guide the Hokies to their first-ever ACC tournament title. He recorded a team-high eight double-doubles, including two in the ACC championship run in Brooklyn.

The Berlin, Maryland native worked out in front of the Charlotte Hornets, Washington Wizards, Los Angeles Lakers and Boston Celtics in recent weeks. Aluma is seeking to become Tech's 28th NBA Draft selection and first since Nickeil Alexander-Walker was taken 17th overall by the Brooklyn Nets in 2019.

The 2022 NBA Draft begins at 8 p.m. ET with coverage on ABC, ESPN and the WatchESPN app.
