BLACKSBURG – For the first time since 2019, Virginia Tech student-athletes will gather on Tuesday, May 3, inside the Moss Art Center for The Gobblers. The ESPYs-style award show hosted by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, which recognizes the Virginia Tech athletic department's achievements over the last year, will be emceed by Evan Hughes.
Following two years of virtual ceremonies, student-athletes and employees will come together to hand out awards for competitive accomplishments on and off the field, along with honors for work in the community.
Along with the presenting of awards, there will be videos to reflect on the accomplishments by teams and in-show entertainment hosted by Bailey Angle.
