The Virginia Tech women's tennis team (7-11, 1-8 ACC) is set to host No. 3 Duke (15-2, 7-1 ACC) this Friday to kick off a five-game home stand to close out the regular season. The Hokies are looking to flip the script as they are set to play their eighth consecutive ranked opponent from the ACC, and their fifth consecutive ranked opponent in their last five matches.

The Virginia Tech men's tennis team (13-5, 3-3 ACC) is set to host two home conference matches this weekend, leading off with Boston College (5-10, 0-7 ACC) on Friday and Notre Dame (11-10, 3-4 ACC) on Sunday. The Hokies look to improve to a winning record in conference play after winning their last five matches, two of which against ranked conference opponents No. 44 Duke and No. 44 Georgia Tech.

The Virginia Tech softball team (28-4, 8-1 ACC) is set to expand upon their division lead in the ACC Coastal as they play Louisville (21-10, 3-3 ACC) in a three-game home series starting Friday. The Hokies are the hottest team in the ACC, winning their last 11 games while recording four shutouts and two series sweeps over conference opponents NC State and Pitt.

The Virginia Tech baseball team (16-9, 4-5 ACC) is looking for their first win since Ian Seymour's complete game, throwing a no hitter into the ninth inning, defeating No. 8 North Carolina last week. The Hokies look to improve to a winning record in conference play as they host No. 15 Clemson (19-6, 6-3 ACC) for a three-game weekend series.

The Virginia Tech men's basketball team (26-8, 12-6 ACC) set a school record in wins, recorded Buzz Williams' 100th win at Virginia Tech, and advanced to the program's first Sweet 16 (since the tournament expanded in 1985) in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament after defeating Liberty in the Round of 32 last Sunday in San Jose, Calif. The Hokies will face Duke (31-5, 14-4 ACC) for a bid to the Elite 8 in a rematch from last February's contest in Blacksburg, where the Hokies won 77-72.

The Virginia Tech men's swimming and diving team has set a near program record in sending 11 competitors to the 2019 NCAA Men's Swimming & Diving Championships, beginning last Wednesday in Austin, Texas. The men's team finished fourth place at the ACC Swimming & Diving Championships over three weeks prior in Greensboro, N.C.

The Virginia Tech track & field teams are coming off their opening weekend of the outdoor season last week and will split up once again to compete in three meets over this weekend. The sprints and throws group will head down to the Florida Relays, the distance, jumps and multi-events groups will compete at the Raleigh Relays, and the pole vault group will be competing at the Texas Relays.

The Virginia Tech women's golf team is set to compete in their third tournament of the spring season, traveling to Browns Summit, N.C. to compete in the Bryan National Intercollegiate, hosted by Wake Forest. The 17-team field (plus individuals from Duke) will play the par 72, 6,3-05-yard Champion's Course at Bryan Park. The Hokies are one of five ACC teams in the tournament.
