With the launch of Greenberg’s official Twitter account, headhokie, fans can receive instant updates, or “tweets,” directly from the coach on the Internet or on their mobile phone.
Fans can go to www.twitter.com/headhokie to follow Coach Greenberg’s Twitter account. Users must create an account to join. Once logged in, fans have the choice of following other users, and they can activate their mobile devices to receive “tweets” as other users post them.
“Twitter is a great way for Hokie fans to keep up-to-date on all the latest news from the basketball program,” Greenberg said. “This is another way for us to reach out and interact with the ‘Hokie Nation’”.
