And They’re Off

The Hokies began play in their second round of the EastRegional a little drier than they did in round one. Overcast skies and atemperature of 61 degrees greeted the Hokies this morning at Council Fire. There is no wind to speak of, so conditions are not bad as the morning wave ofteams begin. There is a slight chance of rain, but nothing long-lasting orsevere is being predicted.

It was a quick turnaround for the Hokies, as they returnedto the hotel to dry off around 8 p.m. and had dinner. Wake-up call was earlythis morning to prepare for the 8:05 a.m. tee time.
