Matt Epperly, the fifth seed, upset the Nos. 3, 2 and 1 seeds to earn the ACC title at 165 pounds. Three other Hokies - Eric Decker, Tommy Spellman, D.J. Bruce and David Marone - also placed in the top three with Marone taking runner up honors.
