BLACKSBURG - The Hokies (7-21, 1-17 ACC) fell to No. 3 Louisville (25-3, 17-1 ACC) in three sets (16-25, 19-25, 11-25) on Sunday afternoon.

Immediately following the conclusion of the match, Virignia Tech honored the career of Leandra Mangual Duran, in a senior day celebration.

Mangual Duran has played in more than 130 matches during her six-year playing career, participating in over 460 sets.  The outside hitter and defensive specialist was the team leader in kills during her first year with the program and is now the team leader in digs during her second. Earlier this season, Mangual Duran reached 1,000 career digs against Miami, and is now at a career total of over 1150. Currently in her career, Leandra has accumulated over 275 kills, 215 assists, 65 aces, 1160 digs and 35 total blocks.

The program also honored the contributions of three student managers - Tanner Little, Morgan Edwards and Payton Trujillo - each of whom has been with Virginia Tech volleyball for three and a half years.  The three managers assist with program operations, the coaches statistical operation, and any other miscellaneous task that helps with the advancement of the program.
