STANFORD, Calif. - The Hokies (7-19, 1-15 ACC) fell to No. 7 Stanford (21-4, 13-3 ACC) in three sets (8-25, 16-25, 12-25) on Friday night.

GAME NOTES

  • Belle Patrick led the offense with 10 kills at 3.33 per set.
  • Hailey Pearce recorded eight kills on a .353 clip and recorded the solo ace for the Hokies against the Cardinal.
  • Isabella Mishler collected her first career block assist and first career kill in the match.
  • Both Erica Dellesky and Viktoria Wahlgren secured double-digit assists with 10 apiece.
  • Leandra Mangual Duran led back row defense with eight digs.
  • Tech totaled 25 kills, 24 assists, 23 digs and two total blocks.
