BERKELEY, Calif. - The Hokies (7-18, 1-14 ACC) fell to Cal (12-15, 4-11 ACC) in three sets (23-25, 12-25, 13-25) on Thursday evening.

GAME NOTES

  • Leandra Mangual Duran led defensivelt with 11 digs, reaching her 16th match of the season in double-digits.
  • Viktoria Wahlgren recorded 20 assists with five kills, two digs and one block assist.
  • Jordan Hallman led efforts at the net with two block assists, tacking on four kills.
  • Hailey Pearce led the offensive efforts with 13 kills, her 12th match of the season in double-digits, and collected six digs.
  • Ella Guilfoy dished her first career service ace in the contest and recorded a career-high five digs.
  • Aisha Keric subbed in during set three and tossed four kills on the board.
