Prior to Virginia Tech: (2024) Ran two 400m and a 4x400m relay during the indoor campaign… Competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m relay events in the outdoor season… Claimed first in the 100m at the UCLA “Legends” Invite in April… Ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay at the Pac-12 Championships, placing second in the Conference (3:02.39) with the four-man team… That mark jumped to eight on UCLA’s all-time record list… Also placed third in the Pac-12 as the anchor of the 4x100m relay (39.70)… Finished 10th in the nation with the men’s 4x400m at the NCAA Championships… Honors: USTFCCCA Second-Team All-America (4x400m)... SAC Relays… Part of three 4x400m relay teams during the season… The relay team ran a season-best 3:12.64 at the Jim Click Shootout, placing fifth at the meet... High School: Competed in track and basketball for Providence St. Mel School in Chicago, Ill. … Was the State Champion in the 400m in 2019 … Also won a state title in basketball in 2019 … Ran a personal-best time of 48.1 in the 400m.
