JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – Finding routine success on both sides of the ball on Tuesday, the Virginia Tech baseball team bounced back into the win column at ETSU, cruising to the 11-4 victory at Thomas Stadium.
Virginia Tech (24-13) witnessed nine distinct players contribute to the team’s 12-hit total, including a display of six extra-base knocks. Henry Cooke and Ben Watson accounted for solo home runs through the early innings while Watson joined Hudson Lutterman, Ethan Gibson and Clay Grady in producing run-scoring doubles.
