Hokie ClubBLACKSBURG – As the countdown to Opening Day and a new year on the diamond rolls along, the Virginia Tech baseball program announced on Thursday first pitch times for its 2025 home regular season schedule at English Field at Atlantic Union Bank Park.
All times appearing on Virginia Tech’s 2025 calendar are Eastern and – like all dates and opponents – are subject to change.
For the opening two months of the regular season (February and March), Virginia Tech’s weekend series taking place at English Field are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. on Fridays, 3 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. on Sundays. All remaining weekend series – except for Tech’s two-day series against Mercer (May 10-11) – are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on Fridays, 3 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. on Sundays.
When hosting Mercer, the Hokies will open their two-day series on Saturday, May 10, at 3 p.m., before closing play on Sunday, May 11, at 1 p.m.
Additionally, Virginia Tech’s midweek games through the months of February and March are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m., except for the Hokies’ Wednesday, March 5, game against Norfolk State (3 p.m. start).
For midweek games during April and May, first pitch times are scheduled for 6 p.m., except for Virginia Tech’s Tuesday, April 1, game against Radford (1 p.m. start).
