CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Carles Coll Marti took his second ACC Swimmer of the Week honor for his performance against No.12 Ohio State.
The fifth year took home four first-place finishes on the weekend and aided the Hokies to two relay finishes.
Coll Marti took first place in the 200 IM with a 1:44.77 and in the 100 breast with a 53.31 on the first day of the meet. On Day Two, he recorded two more first-place finishes, this time in the 200 breast with a 1:57.47 and in the 50 free with a 19.70.
Coll Marti helped the team finish first in the 200 medley relay (1:25.64). In the 400 medley relay, Coll Marti contributed to the teams 3:10.71, good for first place.

This weekend, the Hokies take on their second intersquad Hokie Belt Challenge of the season with the maroon and orange teams battling for the belt. The event will be held Nov. 9 at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center, beginning at 8 a.m.
