Hokies' clash with Tennessee at Thompson Field sold out

BLACKSBURG – The atmosphere at Thompson Field will be electric Friday night, as Virginia Tech Athletics announced that the Hokies' matchup with Tennessee in the first round of the NCAA Tournament is now sold out.

The contest is slated for 7 p.m. ET and can be viewed on ESPN+.

The seventh-seeded Hokies were a strong 7-2 at home this fall, including defeating then-No. 6 Florida State 3-2 on Oct. 6. Tech looks to advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament, where it would face the winner of the UCLA-Cal Baptist match.

Parking Information
Free parking for fans will be available in the Cassell Coliseum Lot. Fans are encouraged to enter campus from the 460 bypass via Southgate Drive then turn left at the traffic light onto Beamer Way. The Cassell Coliseum Parking lot will be on your left.

Clear Bag Policy
Virginia Tech will limit fans to one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person. Fans are also allowed a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. Wallets must also conform to this size requirement.
